Over the past few weeks we have been closely monitoring information from the Government and the World Health Organisation. Whilst the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues, we would like to assure our customers that we are taking every possible precaution to ensure the safety of all our customers and staff.
Agrigame UK is operating as usual, we are stocked and fully prepared for the rearing season and have implemented additional measures to ensure the smooth running of deliveries and supply. If you feel you do not want to physically visit the showroom in order to purchase products or finalize orders we are more than happy to accommodate your needs online or over the phone.
Some delay may be expected in deliveries of replacement stock from mainland Europe so please factor this before placing an order, however, we will update you if anything should change.

Customer Notice - From our carrier provider APC Terms and Conditions of Carriage - COVID-19 (Coronavirus) - Effective March 14th 2020
In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, and in order to protect the safety of both consignees and delivery drivers, they have temporarily relaxed the requirement of Clause 5 (2) of The APC Terms and Conditions of Carriage and will be adopting the NO CONTACT DELIVERY PRACTICE.
Consignees will not be required to personally sign the ePOD device or hard copy document, but will be required to provide their name verbally to the delivery driver whereby the driver will include this on the delivery record. Whereby a customer refuses to provide their name, the consignment will not be left with them but fall under the ‘refused goods’ process.
